Contract issues - freelance designers/copywriters etc over here please!

Right, last year I did a large job for a company which included copywriting and editing content for a number of corporate brochures and magazines, and working with a freelance designer to also supply designs for all of the above. (All of the company's contact was with me, and I employed the designer independently.)

They were a mite difficult about a few things, but surprisingly they would like us to do the largest publication job again this year. It was stressful, but I fortunately quoted them high the first time around so am keen to do it again, just to make everything watertight.

Does anyone have a contract that they'd be willing to share with me that covers similar fields? Issues I need to iron out are 'reasonable' turnaround times - constant changes coming in very late and demanding overnight working for us to still make the deadline; exactly what is supplied (they demanded the original design files even though I had made it clear they would get print-ready pdfs only), what happens if they supply content late, etc.

Advice welcome! Have been doing this for years but never had to get so into the nitty-gritty with any other clients!
