Hi, I work part time after having ds, he is now 10 months. I have bought a new lap top and was wondering if anyone on mumsnet had any experience with earning money from home using computer?
I want to top up my earnings.
Sorry if this has been posted before, but am looking for real experiences and links...

quite a few mumsnetters work for this company AQA you research and answer questions - get paid per question. There is definitely other info on this in the archives.

Hi
There are ways to make money online. I own a web design business but because I am now a SAHD as well I've had to cut back on design contracts and find other ways to make money.
I have an opportunity available for people who are computer literate (you're reading this so you must be!). Web sites rely on good search rankings and the no. of visits to a site helps this - I now get paid for browsing websites! If you want to find out more please get in touch.

That sounds interesting Scotal - what's involved?

tigeryuan · 26/01/2006 14:27

scotal · 26/01/2006 15:03

Sorry
I have put an advert in the job section of this board with some more info and my contact email:-
Online Business opportunity
Basically you are signed to autosurf a minimum number of sites every day - you can surf more if you want. You dont get to choose the sites - but everything happens automatically so you dont have to sit and watch the sites all the time. It probably takes a minimum of about 30minutes every day but you can do it anytime of the day or night!
Sorry 6 day old dd and 18mth ds calling for attention......email me on the address in the forum ad and I'll send an info pack. I'll try and put more info here later but hey ho, I'm a man and I dont multi task as well as you women do!!

In an ideal life that may be true Carla, but sometimes sheer desperation for money, with no money for childcare presents the ideal from happening!

scotal · 27/01/2006 13:22

I agree Hattie05 - I love my work and really enjoyed building my business prior to the arrival of ds - but I wouldn't go back to 8-7pm, 6 day weeks. By working from home, for myself, I can spend huge amounts of time with my kids and yes I miss out on social contact with other adults but (a) I have 50years ahead of me (hopefully!) to do this - my kids are only little for a short time and (b) having a bit of exta cash means that I can get out there and do some of the things we love doing as a family without the money worries!
