Can we us the loan to cover our 'wages' for the first 6-12 months? i have a massive over draft and am not sure if this will affect lending.
We are going to be a limited company so will need to register with companies house.
We are picking up tips along the way concerning tax etc and will have to contact an accountant at some point.
Ant one got ay further advice? Is it worth attending one of those free business courses that the government run?
