Not going to go into details (mainly becuase I think I would scream) but why is it that my boss has no backbone and thinks that by ignoring a problem, it will magically disappear????
It's amazing, the whole 'head in sand' apporach appears to him to be the only option when a management issue comes up, leaving me to deal with the fallout yet again!!!!!!!!!!
