Behaviour Support Assistant Job

Anybody have a job as a Behaviour Support Assistant in a secondary school?

I am planning to apply for a position at a school nearby but not sure if they will consider my application.

I have been at home for 3 years after having my 4th child (who will start FT school in Sep) I previously worked for Children's Services at the local council but not directly with children.

I have plenty of personal and indirect experience of children with behavioural problems- would this be sufficient to gain an interview? Also this role would be a 12k salary drop compared to my last position, this doesn't bother me obviously as I am looking for a change in direction but would the panel consider this to be odd/not in my favour?
