Should i work two days a week?

We are moving house and need to work out our finances! I currently have a one year old and work one day a week. If I worked two days a week we could afford a nicer house, but I'm not sure about leaving my child for the extra day. Any advice would be very welcome.

I work two days a week and it is perfect for me. You do need to be content with your childcare option and have a job yo enjoy. For me, it is still great to be with the kids for 5 days a week. But only you can decide !

I would say 2 days a week is a good balance - its depends on the childcare of course - but so long as you are happy with it as pp says- it works out well
