Interview tips for dinner lady !!!

hello...im hoping to find some interview tips and questions that my 3 panel interviewers might ask me - daunting enough that i have 3 people to look at and ask question to :(

any suggestions or tips that might help me

How would you deal with unruly children?
How do you cope working under pressure?
What would you do if a child queued up for a dinner but patents hasn't paid all term?

What experience do you have of working with children ?

Are you up to date with current kitchen regulations ?

kitchen regulations ???? no dont have a clue what this is, i dont have any experience working in a school but have 2 boys of my own ! i suppose to answer the questions you put i would just use common sense to answer them...hoping that would impresse the interviewing panel . thank you

kitchen regulations...do you mean health and safety aspect of catering

gogle some food hygeine and working with children issues such as health and safety, behaviour etc before you go the interview just to get a bit of an idea on what they may ask you

also

dress smart
look and be confident
smile
if they ask who would you reports any concerns too...say your line manager
