Child Tax Credit and PT work

I am returning to work PT after mat leave 2 days per week. This works out as 15 hrs per week in my job- can i still claim tax credit. Something tells me that below 15hpw you cant claim- or have I dreamed it??

You can claim child tax credit but not working tax credit iirc

I think you can't claim the working families element of the CTC unless you work over 16 hours, at least that was the case when I enquired a couple of years ago!
