I've been working on a freelance basis which has been fine whilst ds was pre school however I would now like (& need) to return to fulltime work but it's not proving that straightforward. So far my research has been via online job sites which hasn't been highly successful - not too many suitable jobs and when I have applied I have not had a response so I suspect my CV needs work.
One issue seems to be that I don't have niche skills - I have lots of solid experience and did have senior roles within a large organisation but that was 5 years ago and my recent experience has been in managing various business and IT projects for small companies.
Any tips for CV review or career counselling and where do you start the job search?
