Training on excel,work and outlook

I want to go back into office work.My dd starts school in sept so I would like something in an office part time like administration or reception.Anything like that really.
Everything I look for needs knowledge of excel,word and outlook.
How can I get knowledge of this free of charge.
I cant afford to pay for courses.
Im married with two children and Im not entitled to any benefits.
I have worked as a telesales before so I do have that experience.
Can anyone help. Im in the Kettering area.

Online. There are lots of free tutorials for word, excel etc.

Look on Microsoft's website. Loads of tutorials on there.

Have a look on Youtube. There are lots of free tutorials. I recently worked through an Excel course by Motion Training which was very good.
