Has anyone here ever done this or currently employed doing this. Basically escorting youngsters with learning needs or disability to school in council provided mini bus?
I'm going on a training course for this next week. it's a 5 day course. I've been working in a totally different field for 11 years so this is a complete change of direction.
I know the course will cover first aid and whatever they call 'manual handling' but can anyone provide any further light or advice on what five days will cover. I'm excited to be doing this work, it is a major responsibility, but also so nervous.
