Can anyone help?? i am planning to take the full 12 months maternity leave that i am entitled to. I only plan on returning to work for the 3 months required before leaving work to become a fulltime mom. I hope to reduce my hours to 15hrs for those 3 months.
During maternity leave i will have accrued 28days holiday. Can i use all my holiday entitlement to repay back my maternity leave or do i physically have to go to work??
