Anyone know how to source a printer in china?

Starting my own buisness and could do with an overseas printer due to keeping cost down. Anyone know anything about this?

Have you looked at Alibaba.com?

if you have stuff printed overseas, add 30% to the cost to cover import duty and VAT to the UK
and Alibaba is still reeling from a massive fraud ring

Ok, perhaps I wont look there then. Surely still cheaper with all that than here though?

To be honest, they are cheaper to produce but not as ecologically/employee (fair trade type thing) friendly as using a UK printer. I'm a writer and this is what I look for in a publisher. I think the writers & artists yearbook have details for printers.

Perhaps try some Spanish printers too, but you may get some ok quotes from UK printers for small runs (
