So I changed my hours at work back in January. Overall it means I am working more and therefore should of been paid more in January to reflect this.
Come jan pay day my pay hadn't changed. So I went to see the personnel manager, we did some rough calculations, and she said she would work out the actual figures and correct it for Februay. She also said she'd pay the extra January hours in my feb pay.
I was ok with that.
But having seen my Feb wages go into the bank over the weekend they are still at the old rate.
Given that my WTC has been amended down by £80 a month and will be lower again in feb and once they've dealt with the hours change too I fully expect it to go down again as soonas they have, I can't let this roll over to another month.
Plus I really wanted to see what my net salary was going to be in March so I would be able to budget for the following year once the WTC & CTC changes paperwork comes through for my change in hours and all teh changes in April.
I'm also thinking if they roll it over to March I could potentially be hit with extra NI which I shouldn't really have to pay if they had paid me correctly.
Can I insist them to re-calculate my Feb pay and issue an amended payslip with the extra for jan and feb on it?
