Since the beginning of this year I have been involved in several issues in work, these issues have involved meetings with management.
I have been asking for a copy of all minutes that have been taken at the meetings since day one and only received them yesterday.
All issues have now been resolved in my favour, but when reading the minutes I have come across several things that are very wrong, these incidents in work involved my manager and I will be having a meeting with him in the near future to discuss what has taken place (harassment in my opinion)
I am convinced that although the outcome is in my favour, these minutes are the information that HR have probably received from the management and they are totally wrong and not what was said at the meetings.
EXAMPLE off one mistake
One person shouted at me and he has got down I shouted at the person
How do I address these minutes being wrong, although I am delighted that it has come out in my favour and disciplinary action has taken place with others involved I am not happy that the minutes read that I did things that I didn?t do, witness statements were taken also and what is documented is not what was said.
