When do I have to submit a Flexible Working Request?

Does anyone know when the latest is you can submit a flexible working request before returning to work after ML?

As early as possible. They have 28 days to consider it but there isn't a later than date.

Technically if you submitted it 14 days before returning you'd have to go back doing old hours why they considered it.
