Structure change and i'm not on it

I recentky returned back to work 3 days a week. My manager recently individually showed all his direct reports a preview of the companys restructure. It showed all his direct reports by name and everyone else as an unnamed box. When i met with him he said to ignore the names in the box as nothing was decided and not to worry i wasnt on there as it was only because i am part time ( i'm the only one at my level works 3 days the next nearest is 4 days). He also went on to say 2 others are being brought in from another team to sit within our area. One off which is my oppo in another area but doing a similar role and now being brought into our area. Clearly we cant both do a similar job and his job is f/t. Am i worrying unnecessarily about him or about the fact i am not on a structure chart which is wip?????

I've never seen an accurate org chart anyway so I wouldn't worry.

Agree with Grevling - I wouldn't overthink an org chart. They almost always miss people off, put people in the wrong positions and so on, especially when they relate to a restructure that hasn't yet happened.
