Sent my MAT B1 form to my ex-employer weeks & weeks ago but haven't heard anything since. Is there someone I can call? I have 6wks left till due date - will the money be back logged then?

Your employer is supposed to respond withing 28 days acknowledging the start and end dates of your maternity leave. Perhaps you could contact them to check that they have received your MatB1 form and that everything's OK.

Did you send your notification of when you wanted your mat leave to commence before the end of your 25th week of pregnancy?
