I can't see anywhere on their website to download a complete copy of the 2010 one and I think I threw out my original one.

Do you think they will send me another one - or has anyone got a spare I can have/borrow??

I don't think that you can download a copy online for 2010. Best to call them and order a new copy. Contact details here.
