Employer saying no childcare vouchers while on maternity leave?

Is this right? I thought I'm entitled to same rights and benefits? Where can I refer them if they are wrong?

Childcare vouchers come out of your pre-tax pay, so presumably if you aren't getting paid, they can't be deducted - I'm guessing that's what he means? not sure what happens while you are receiving maternity pay.

Have you checked the voucher provider's website to see if any help there?
