redundancy on maternity

Hi, can anyone help me? I'm currently on maternity leave which comes to an end in march.I've just been told i'm to be made redundant as my shop is closing. I've worked there 4years so am getting 4weeks redundancy,hol pay and rest of my maternity. Do i also get paid a months notice pay i'm really confused.com!!!!x

What is your notice period in your contract?

It sounds as though you should be entitled to full pay for your notice then. If you are only entitled to the statutory minimum notice period you get it at full pay, if your contract gives more than statutory, you don't get full pay, only what you would be receiving at the time anyway.
