Has anyone claimed WTC and CTC then gone on maternity and reduced hours to below 16 hours so stopped claiming WTC but continued claiming CTC?
How did it work out for you financially? - were you able to claim benefits such as free school meals, council tax benefit etc...?
Considering doing this for a short while until I can sort out a job with better hours to suit childcare.
I am a single parent just about to finish maternity leave but unable to go back to my job working 30 hours, for various reasons, but have been offered a job of 15 hours with another company.
Any experiences?
