If you get made redundant part way through mat leave do you then claim mat allowance?

No you will get stat pay. I got made redundant at the start of my mat leave but got stat mat pay throughout.

There is a qualifying period in which your mat pay is calculated and various other rules which can be found on the government website.

Thanks! My enhanced () pay would end approx then anyway so would be on stat pay anyway.
