What to do about snow time off?

Monday - didn't get to my office (snow) but got to our other office. Were sent home at 2. Very few made it. I did because I can walk to it.

Tuesday - same

Today - closed from 9 am both my office and the one I spent Monday and Tuesday at.

Thursday - my contracted day off. I work 4 from 5.

Should I be seen to go to either office tomorrow (will possibly cause childcare issues if MIL can't have DS) or do I take my usual day off?

i would do as our normally do. you've worked Mon/Tues almost as normal, today the office was closed. i wouldn't go in tomorrow if you have childcare issues.

but then my employers are notoriously understanding with this sort of thing, to the point where some people REALLY take the p!ss, so i have no idea if i've just been cushioned to what normal workplaces would expect!

"as our normally do" = "as you normally do"

I would take your normal day off as the reason for you not working is due to the office being closed, rather than you being unable to get there.
