So having today gone through next years bank holidays and accepted the business nightmare the Royal wedding has created for ordinary businesses - a 4 day week, 3 day week, 4 day week. But for us a 24\7 business it is a nightmare so my staff who work a 5 day week do I pay them for this additional day? those who do work do I offer a days holiday in lieu.
I thought this was to be a wedding that reflected the difficult times, just seems to be making buisness life more difficult to me.
