My boss has quit a few weeks a go and I am standing in for her.
Her boss is now deciding what will happen with the team. I am working extra hard to make a good impression and keep my job, and so far it's lookin good. The thing is, I am 10 weeks pregnant.
My company policy states that i don't have to tell them until I am 25 weeks gone.

I do feel it will compromise my future if I tell him now, but it doesn't seem honest.
Not sure what to do.

YOu are only 10 weeks pregnant, sadly anything could happen. If it's possible to conceal your bump that long I'd be waiting for my 22 week anomally scan.

In any case, I was going to wait until my 12 weeks scan. And I probably will have an amniocentesis in January.

I did not tell work until i was 22 weeks. I think that life sometimes means a bending of your morals. Look at this way - you are not just protecting your future but your babies.

Oh and scans i booked as one day holidays and my 16 week midwife one as a gyne appointment.

I can imagine his reaction if he decides to promote me, or at least keep me, when I announce that I am about to go in 3 months...
But yes, the stakes are too high!

My Manager didn't tell us until she'd had her 20 week scan!

I told at around 18 weeks I think.
