childcare vouchers (CCVs)

Hi
any financial gurus out there? Alternatively, any idea where I can find reliable answers to the following conundrums?
I have 2 employers. I am a higher rate tax payer (just!). Im in a CCV scheme with employer 1 but employer 2 have only just instigated a scheme whilst I have been off on unpaid maternity leave. In view of the impending reduction of childcare vouchers to higher rate tax payers from April 2011 and my intention to leave employer 1 in Summer 2011. My questions are: Will I lose CCVs if I swap employer &/or CCV scheme after April 2011 If I enroll in Employer 2s scheme as well: in order to be deemed eligible for the (current) full voucher allocation - £243 do I have to have actually paid in to the scheme or is it sufficient to agree a CCV contract with my employer in advance of my return to work (as I said they aren`t paying mat pay)
If I agree a CCV contract for a lesser amount can I then increase it to the full £243 after April 2011?

Many Thanks

N
