How long after an interview do you expect to hear?

I had a second interview last week (Monday) and the interviewer told me I'd hear quickly, within "a day or two". I haven't heard yet. I've assumed I haven't got it but I'd like to know for sure. Should I email them or wait a day or two first? Thanks.

I suspect that either you haven't got it, or that they have decided to interview some more candidates before deciding. I would contact them now to find out for sure. It never does any harm to be proactive.
