Flying in the face of the recession and opening my new business tomorrow...a bit nervous.

Don't worry haven't given up my full time NHS day job, but have opened my own private clinic and have my first client tomorrow.
The business cards are out, the facebook page up and running (where my first call came from), and the room all painted and looking lovely.

How do new clients find your fb page?

i think it's usually via friends of mine, so local people will notice it.
not sure really.
