I had an interview on the 23rd October for a retailer, and had an email from the personnel manager later that day stating that I had passed the interview and that I would hear "within the next week" whether I had been matched to a position or whether they would keep me on record should a position matching my preferred hours turn up within the next 3 months. I've heard nothing since.
I emailed the personnel manager on Monday (9 days after the interview to inquire as to the status) and have still heard nothing. Should I just wait it out, or get in touch again? I don't want to pester them, but equally, I would like to know what is going on and whether there is a job for me or not! The suspense is killing me.
