Tax situation

I have been working in Job #1 since the end of May 2010, three days a week and in Job #2 since mid-August, two days a week. Both jobs are with different employers.
How do I make sure that I am paying the correct amount of tax?

I am assuming that each employer is working out my tax separately and that this isn't something that's going to get picked up at HMRC?

Your main job should have your free entitlement tax code, the second job should have the BR tax code so that you are taxed on the whole amount.

You need to check your tax codes on your payslips.
