Accounting Qualifications?

I would like some advice please about which course to take in accounting that is recognised with current employers?

The main ones are CIMA, ACA, ACCA, which are all degree level type courses, you can do these while in work, some employers finance departments will sponsor you to do these. I am CIMA qualified and did it this way. Or you can do AAT which is a on year course which can give you a good grounding.
