I've been on SMP for 2 weeks and just found out today that my employer is going into administration and I'm being made redundant.
I've had a look on DirectGov and from what I can gather:
-SMP will still be covered
-I'm entitled to redundancy pay (have been employed there continuously for 3 years)
Does anyone know if this is right?
