DP is still suspended and we have heard nothing at all. It has been weeks.
He has not been interviewed, nor has his witnesses. He has been told that management are building a case and getting some more complaints against him.
He has written a grievance in as he is sure it is a set-up. He has heard nothing.
He is being paid but only basic. He works a 3 week shift rota and they are paying him only basic pay and not his normal shift allowance. I thought that suspension was not punishment and he should not lose out.
what to do now??
