person spec. for midday meals supervisor. Help needed urgently

I'm writing a person spec. I have been volunteering in this special needs school for a few months, but I dont know how to answer " ability to deliver services to customers meeting the schools standard for customer care" also the equal ops one always stymies me.

any one got any tips or experience in these?

What does the school's standard for customer care say? Can you incorporate some of what it says into your answer.

Equal ops - put something about that you're a firm believer in treating everyone equally and fairly and have always done so during your work over the last few months.

that's my problem I cant find it online. I've got something called their "value statements" which I'm taking as a guide.
I think I've done the equal ops one adequately now giving examples from past experience.
