Help - I got an interview!!!

So i have an interview - finally!!

It's with the NHS in a management role - is it likely to be competency based do you think?

Well done on getting the interview. Do you have previous NHS experience? If not then even more well done.

I recently had an unsuccessful interview with the NHS for a project mgmt position which was very tough as I didn't have previous knowledge of the particular field. To be honest I think they were hoping to recruit internally and I was one of the ones there to make up the numbers.

A couple of the questions I remember getting were around what I liked & didn't like about project mgmt and an example of where I negotiated a solution to a problem.

I'll try and remember some more.
