Interview for Trust Fundraiser

I have an interview tomorrow for a role as a Trust Fundraiser - it would be a complete change of career for me as I'm currently in sales, any trust fundraisers out there who might have any tips??

I'm not a trust fundraiser but I wouldn't see it as a complete change fo career as, ime as a fundraiser you have to 'sell' the charity to get donations - so think about the transferable skills that you have from a sales background - ie knowing your market and how to do a good pitch etc - and how you can relate them to the fundraising post.

Is it going to be a competency based interview? If it is check against the person spec and see if you can think of examples for each of the essential and desirable criteria.
