I need to have something printed out in the office saying we do not tolerate aggressive etc behaviour..does anyone who works in the public sector have such a thing, can I nick the wording?

It is useful but I cant be bothered to write my own - they say I should consult my staff and draw one up together - sorry I am a crap boss as I just want to lift the wording directly from somewhere else!

You are not a crap boss - anything agreed by committee would sound too woolly for words, and take ages for you to write to make coherent, best to plagerise methinks.
(Says she, currently copying boring pressure systems standards verbatim, hence illicit mumsnetting!)

I 'nicked' a child protection policy off the internet and now I want to do the same thing

we had a mad old man in here this morning shouting and screaming at us hence the need for one!
