hello,
i am returing to work on 4th october. I previously worked 3 days a week but am reducing this to 2 days. My problem is that i dont know how my holiday entitlement will now be calculated.
I have been off work for 9 months and believe that this should be calculated based on my 3 working days and the further 3 months of the holiday year should be based on 2 days but dont know if this is correct?
Confused

I have browsed the internet for hours trying to find information so was woundering if somebody could point me in the right directions?

Thanks for your time in advance! x

It'll be calc'd on 3 days until your contract changes (i.e. your return date) then 2.

By law a full time employee is entitled to at least 20 days, as a part timer that is pro rated. You should get at least 20/5 multiplied by 3 for when you worked 3 days a week and multiplied by 2 when you start working 2 days a week, so 12 and 8 respectively.

Best wishes
Kay
