Youngest nearly 5, so DH thinks his entitlement to Parental Leave is coming to an end... I thought they had upped the age limit? I may be wrong. Maybe they just talked about it.

Many thanks

I work in the public sector and parental leave is still up until your youngest child is 16. Your husband might be better off speaking to his companies HR department.

Sorry if that's no use!

You're thinking of flexible working, the limit is still 5 I'm afraid...

Parental leave is 13 weeks and upto the child being 5 years old.

Damn, I think you are right that I am thinking of the flexible working thing... Oh well, we made the most of it whilst it lasted I suppose...

I reckon his employers might still let him, he has always used it in August when nothing happens at work, so they pay him to sit and surf the net if he is at work, so it has to be in their interests to let him have the month off and NOT have to pay him?! Here's hoping anyway!

Thanks for the help.
