Hi, I'm currently on mat leave and my company are re-structuring and everyone is allowed to apply for VR.
Does anyone knows what happens if you apply for VR and it's refused?
They are proposing to move my job into a different dept and mrge it with a different post, I don't want this job and know it's not a job that could be done part time which is what I'd need when I went back.
