I once read about a recuitment agency started in London by a professional mum who supplied companies with a full time post made up of two suitably matched part time professionals. Anyone know anything about this?

No, but it sounds amazing. Have you done a search on google?

I have done an extensive search and not found anything. It was in a newspaper a couple of years ago and I toyed with trying to set something up in Bristol. I remember getting applications from mums wanting to job share when advertising full time posts in a job I did but without another half, you couldn't really consider them. But for lots of jobs you could submit two candidates and they'd totally be getting their money's worth, especially as they'd probably get a wide range of skills between the two of them.

I had a quick look as well and can't find anything. I'll see if I can do some more looking tomorrow - had too much wine for now. I think job shares are fab - 2 heads are better than 1 and all that.

I job share currently in a law firm. I would love to find out if this agency exists. There are so many women who want to jobshare there must be a market for it. Employers not always that keen though.

Is it this?
