bank holidays while on maternity leave

Does anyone get bank holidays reimbursed while on maternity leave? I.e. when you go back you get your full annual leave entitlement as well as bank holidays?

I'm sure thar there's been something on this... but it was from the POV of a teacher- which I am and holidays accrued- different for teachers but I'm sure the outcome was that you should accrue your hols and bank hol while on mat leave. I'd contact the maternity alliance for more advice if you're having problems

I'm assuming that it's not law that you are entitled to BH's being reimbursed. With DD 3 years ago, I was entitled to the under the company maternity scheme. But with DS 9 months ago, I asked and they said not entitled.
