The long n short of it is I'm currently on maternity leave and my job is being TUPED.

So initially I had a convo with director was told I was out of scope for Tupe then was called in for a meeting no per-warning my status had changed just that it was a catch up anyway in the meeting I started crying it wad only a few tears then they asked was I ok worse thing they could have done! As made it worse!!!

So I get called in for a second meeting a few weeks later 1-2-1 with new hr but when I got there it was a scoping meeting and a big waste of time! However I had a crap journey and he asked me stuff like what my key responsibilities are etc..... I felt so under prepared HR had told me that it was a meeting to discuss my concerns!!!
Anyway been to the doctors this am who suspects I have PND I have another meeting with their HR dept next week would you start by telling them you had PND so at least if I burst into tears there's an explanation!!!

Meant to say at 2nd meeting I cried a's well vie spent last week or so randomly bursting into tears either for no reason or over stupid things! As hard a's I can try to not cry at meeting on 10/9 if I do will it potentially go against me if I tell them that it's PND? This is 2nd child never had with first but 2nd pregnancy I was really sick till 36 weeks and had SPD from 25 weeks I suspect looking back I probably had PND during my pregnancy a's well!!!

You can tell them. It won't affect the TUPE process. If the doctor thinks you have PND then no harm in passing it on .

I just worried that if I dint they will think I'm grossly unprofessional if I end up crying again!!! I guess I need to wait till my hv does the assessment and gives me the official score next week! I've started taking herbal supplements that are supposed to work! It's very frustrating a's I don't want to cry:-(

Thanks for the response!
