my SIL called me this afternoon asking if I knew of any temp work for the next 4 months. I asked her why (she already has a job as a PA) and she explained that she has had to leave her job as she told her boss 2 weeks ago that she is pg and he has made her life so miserable that she doesn't feel that she can work there anymore. This was completely unexpected as he has always been so nice to her. She hasn't been at the company long so wasn't expecting proper maternity leave but the icing on the cake was he canceled the leave he previously said she could have knowing that she has booked her holiday. Surely that's not legal but obviously very hard to prove!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! thank you
