There is a possibility that I could go back to work. I have a 3 yr old who is due to start pre school in September and a 4 yr old who is due to start school in Sept.
Now the 3 yr old will be at pre school in the afternoons. This job could possibly be shift work (nurse).
How does anybody in this situation work out child care. There is no after school care at dd's school.
