Hi, I am filling out a job application, as I really need to go back to work, I havent worked for 4 years now ! :(... anyway, the post is only cleaning for st vincents housing association, but i dont know what to put in my application, the work I have done before is not really relevant!
On the application it asks for 2 referees, one of my previous employer, and one that isn't, who do I put for this!? I'm guessing not family? I have no idea, it's been ages since I applied for work, and it's so hard finding work with hours that are suitable with me being a single parent with childcare to think about. I dont know what i'm supposed to put on the application.
Someone help, pleaseeee
