What can a PA do that can still be tax deductible

I'm freelance at the moment and considering taking on a full time contract. I would have to go from sole trader to ltd co.

My idea was to get a pa for a couple of hours in the afternoon to do admin stuff that would allow me to spend time with my children after school.

What would I be allowed to get her to do and still claim she is an employee. Personal errands? Presumably she wouldn't be allowed to do childcare. What are the rules?
