SMP payback?

Hi I've been working for my employer for long enough to receive statutory maternity pay of 6wks at 90% pay and the rest at SMP of £123. If I decide to take up work with another employer after 20 weeks of maternity leave, do I need to pay back maternity pay to my employer?

They can't reclaim any of the SMP but could anything discretionary paid over and above it as long as it was stated up front that conditions were attached.
