I feel the need to think about going back to some sort of work. I wouldn't if I didn't have to but I don't want dh to think I'm not pulling my weight, although he has never said anything.

My youngest dc will start pre school next September so I will have some time from then. I want to work around the dcs school and term times so that I am home and able to take them to school etc. I have no skills and am quite lazy but with unrealistic expectations.

What would you suggest?

Yes please how much are you paying!!!

What about Dinner Lady/classroom assistant - ok moneys not good but you will be paying you way and at least not sat in front of computer all day (in a work sense not a domestic sense). If you do want to be stuck in front of computer what about an ebay clothes business ?? I can't comment really I only had one child then went back to work to the same job but reduced hours - 6 years later i've only just moved desks (yawn)

I have heard dinner lady jobs are like gold dust, classroom assistant, problem with that is I don't really like kids much.

Maybe I could start some sort of business?

What about working for yourself in Network Marketing. I've always worked my business around my twins. I'm always looking for people who want to work from home.

Have you considered your transferable skills? It can be a useful place to start when considering a new career, what do I have to offer an employer?

This Skills assessment is free and easy: bit.ly/dBskus , perhaps use the results to scuplt your career path?

Good luck
